  • Backorders: We reserve the right once and order is placed to enable a backorder if the item is not in stock. Backorders are generally held for fulfilment for a period of up to 28 days in some cases whilst we manufacture stock. Customers may not cancel their orders if in production.

  • Payment: We accept payment through all major credit/debit cards and online payments. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of goods.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and the weight of the order.
